If it’s not love at first sight, we’ll be happy to refund your order. Though, be warned, you may find it that-much harder to send them back to our farm. If ever your llamas finds themself in need of a good wash, please hand wash them or be sure to use a delicate cycle wash. They will love you for keeping it clean!
